Benjamin Hagan is named Theatrical & Entertainment lighting specialist. Ben's education and experience with theatrical lighting design and controls make him a perfect fit for the role vacated by Jack Nettleton, who left TLC after many dedicated years of service. Working out of the Elmira office, Ben will coordinate specification and sales efforts for our extensive collection of Theatrical & Entertainment products.

Total Lighting Concepts acquires Integra Sales of New York. Together, TLC and Integra offer Upstate New York's largest and finest selection of Lighting and Electrical products. Integra brings decades of experience in servicing wholesale electrical distributors. Integra sales offices will be consolidated with existing TLC offices in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Albany, and all sales and support staff will be retained. The acquisition is the first of it's kind in the Upstate New York area, and follows a handful of similar acquisitions in larger markets. Together TLC and Integra will be able to provide unparalleled product selection, expertise and support to our distributors, contractors and specifiers.

Mike O'Hearn joins Ownership of Total Lighting Concepts. Mike has more than twenty years of experience in the Lighting industry, most of that time spent with TLC. Mike has handled the responsibilities of sales and operations manager for the Albany, NY territory since 2001 and now has taken the opportunity to continue to do so from a corporate standpoint.

TLC adopts a new IP based phone system. The service, provided by USA Datanet of Syracuse NY, allows all extensions in all offices to communicate directly with each other regardless of physical location. This system will increase interoffice communication and enhance our model of centralized customer service. All existing phone and fax numbers will transfer to the new system, including our toll free number, 1-866-TLC-SERV
